We believe languages should be taught by native speakers. We also believe students should spend a minimum of 3 Months, (Preferably 1 Year), in the Mother Country, learning how the culture uses it's language. For example, let's say 'Hello':

• British will usually say, "Hello! Hasn't the weather been 'xxx' recently".
• Chinese Mandarin are likely to say, "Heah! Hello. Have you eaten rice today?".
• By contrast, Chinese Cantonese will say, "Heah! Where are you?"

What do You as a Multi-linguist understand? You are sadly mistaken if you think:
• The British are paranoid about the weather
• Chinese worry about rice
• Cantonese worry about where their friends are

In reality, this is merely a cultural insight into ways of asking the same question! = A polite 'Hello', what shall we really talk about...

This simple example highlights the different thinking used by two great nations, and 3 peoples. The social etiquette behind the spoken words implies a social demographic, and inherent native understanding  of what is really meant. Therefore, you cannot simply translate what you would normally say into another language, you must also understand the cultural thinking behind your words. You can only know this by living in the Country who's language you are learning
