Other Languages |
Excel is very active in supporting
any spoken language - as this also by default supports
the culture that uses the language
A recent UN study concluded
that one world language was being lost forever every
40 minutes!
This also means the culture, traditions, dances, and
music associated with the language - are now extremely
under threat of extinction |

So
in the modern world, what does this matter? To Excel,
this matters a great deal. It is the richness and diversity
of peoples and cultures that not only make them unique,
but provide us with new in interesting insights into
the lives and circumstances of peoples in very different
parts of the world
This also gives us the opportunity to consider different
ways of looking at the world we live in. Excel do not
promote we start worshipping spirits of rivers and trees.
However, we are concerned that without respect for nature
in the large, and our place within, that we will unbalance
world systems to a degree that cannot be undone
Perhaps through respecting and protecting the environment
of local tribes people and jungle natives, we may in
turn learn about new cures, or ways of preventing some
of our most pestilent modern diseases |

Here
is an interesting point for linguists:
Languages really are quite fascinating! Sometimes it
is the similarity and communal language roots that become
so very meaningful... |

Let us do
some very, very basic language:
Mother
• In modern Western English, a Mother is usually
called either Mum or Mom - sometimes Mam or Mama - especially
with older Celtic Nations
• People who speak modern Latin languages (Spanish, Italian etc) will say 'Mama'
• Both the Cantonese and Mandarin words for Mother
are said "Mama" = small world, and an extremely
basic word in All Human Thinking
• Baby can be pronounced Ba-bay etc - leaving
us with a 'B' consonant repeated twice, with extremely
similar vowel sounds interspersed
• Given Dad = dada, then baba and papa are also
alternative words used for a Father throughout the world
today
Given the sounds associated with an elemental family
above - which smash cultural divides, replacing them
with 3 of perhaps a total of 12 words necessary for
human survival at an extremely basic level of communication
- anywhere, and at any time on this planet... |

World Languages:
Excel are currently expanding worldwide operations to
include all major international tongues, with teaching
in the Country or area where the language is spoken
Excel also support the local languages and traditions,
handed down through millennia. This gives us Balance
as an International company, and affords us the chance
to help make this world we live in more colourful
To finish, we would like to ask you a question:
What do these words have in common?
Ghost
Gringo
Gui lo
