Study is available from
a few hours per week, through to more formal structured
learning courses of 1 or 2 months full time
Parallel courses available for business, diplomacy and
trade; but with emphasis placed upon language content
for your field of operations. These are complimented
by teaching associated cultural philosophies, and modern
business etiquette |

Vocational:
1. Elementary Course (150 periods): Beginning with the
Vietnamese alphabet and phonetics, this course puts
stress on pronunciation, basic grammatical structures
and vocabulary items, as well as basic conversation
skills.
2. Upper Elementary Course (120 periods): Vocabulary
items are concentrated on daily topics; grammar refers
to basic points. This course aims to prepare the student
for simple everyday communication in speaking and listening.
3. Lower Intermediate Course (150 periods): This course
puts emphasis on setting up dialogues for various conversational
purposes: descriptive, narrative, instructional and
exchanging opinions. The sentence structures are developed
systematically and progressively.
4. Intermediate Course (150 periods): This course introduces
some important points of modern Vietnamese grammar used
in simple work-related writing. It focuses on expressions
and explanations in Vietnamese. Students will practice
listening and speaking skills with vocabulary items
for non-specialist or professional field.
5. Upper Intermediate Course (150 periods): This course
puts stress on communicating in a wide range of subjects
with ability to understand Vietnamese native speakers.
6. Advanced Course (150 periods): Focuses on extensive
and comprehensive reading and expository writing so
that the students can be prepared to attend college
(or graduate school) in Vietnam.
In addition, there are other courses for specific purposes
such as Vietnamese for businessmen, Vietnamese for tourists,
and Vietnamese for literature reading, etc.

Living
Costs:
A quality 1-bedroom apartments with facilities costs
from less than $300 per month. Local alternatives can
be very much cheaper, but are not always secure or suitable
for Westerners
Local food and clothing is very inexpensive; whilst
Western produce where available, costs a comparatively
large amount of money |

Cost:
Vocational courses start at around $3 per hour, with
the course fee for all formal classes being payable
in advance. Hence Elementary Course of 150 hours = $450
Summer Camps from $1, 195 for 2-weeks fully inclusive
(Excluding flights)
