We believe languages should be taught
by native speakers. We also believe students should
spend a minimum of 3 Months, (Preferably 1 Year),
in the Mother Country, learning how the culture uses
it's language. For example, let's say 'Hello':

British will usually say, "Hello!
Hasn't the weather been 'xxx' recently".
• Chinese Mandarin are likely to say, "Heah!
Hello. Have you eaten rice today?".
• By contrast, Chinese Cantonese will say, "Heah!
Where are you?"
What do You as a Multi-linguist
understand? You are sadly mistaken if you think:
• The British are paranoid about the weather
• Chinese worry about rice
• Cantonese worry about where their friends

simple example highlights the different thinking used
by two great nations, and 3 peoples. The social etiquette
behind the spoken words implies a social demographic,
and inherent native understanding of what is really
meant. Therefore, you cannot simply translate what you
would normally say into another language, you must also
understand the cultural thinking behind your words.

Foundation Program or through direct placement
with a UK University - Partner Institutions |
Excel Programs can
enable you to gain the required level of English
(IELTS 6.5), whilst passing our IFP Program based
in China, also guarantees a place in selected
Universities
Excel offer programs from 2 weeks to 1 year multiples,
and offer IELTS Points from level 4.5 (Inclusive
of a 'pre-English' program) Certified by partner

Mandarin and Cantonese Language courses in China
for periods of 1 month to 1 year multiples. We
may even be able to arrange a scholarship! |
