Gloucestershire
University has two main campus, one being in the City of Gloucester
itself; the other located at Cheltenham, where CILC is based.
Situated in the Cotswold's, Cheltenham is located in an area of
outstanding natural beauty. It
is a safe place to live and offers you the benefits you would
expect from a big city, in a smaller, elegant town.

Gloucester
is set on the banks of the River Severn on the Western side of England
close to Wales. Cheltenham is situated a little further North in
the heart of the Cotswold countryside. Both campuses are approximately
one hour away from Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff International
airports |

Gloucester is an ancient Roman city, with a fine Medieval Cathedral
and other historic buildings. It offers a wide range of shopping,
a cinema complex and several other entertainment venues.
West of Gloucester, you can explore the Forest of Dean - a great
place for hiking, mountain biking and other outdoor pursuits
Bath, Bristol, Birmingham, Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon are
all easy to get to, about one hour away. London is just over two
hours away and is also easy to reach using public transport

CILC is based in its own building at The Park,
which is just a twenty minute walk from Cheltenham's main shopping
centre and a five minute walk from the Bath Road shopping area.
This area provides a good range of stores, including two supermarkets,
several other food stores and banks. There are cafés and
restaurants, plus a post office.
The Park offers easy access to both city and country
life. Whether you are looking for an exciting social life, outdoor
sporting activities, a walk around our historical landmarks or a
cream tea in the Cotswold's, you will find it all within easy reach.
The Park is 24 acres of beautiful parkland and includes a lake,
a boathouse, tennis courts and lots of green space, for you to explore
and enjoy |
